Wet skin with lukewarm water and gently massage the foam onto the face, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly and follow with serum and moisturiser.

Use morning and/or evening depending on your skin’s tolerance.

It can also be used on oil- and sweat-prone body areas such as underarms, chest or back. For underarms or congested body areas, leave on for a couple of minutes before rinsing well. Avoid this contact-time method if skin feels dry, sensitive, freshly shaved or irritated.
