Refund policy

30-Day Returns
You can return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order. Products returned after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period must be unused, unopened and in their original condition, with seals and original product packaging intact.

How to make a return
To start a return, contact us at hello@knowtoglow.com and include your order number. We will provide you with the relevant return instructions.

If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you can also use our Right of Withdrawal form.

Return shipping
Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for the cost of returning your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been completed.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Different refund rules may apply when you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, including the refund of standard outbound delivery costs where required by law.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another product, please return your eligible item and place a new order.

Opened products
For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed products may not be eligible for return once the seal has been broken. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or otherwise does not conform to the purchase agreement.

14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer purchasing online, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

You can use our Right of Withdrawal form to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
