We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something isn't quite right then don’t worry we will happily offer you a refund. (Subject to our below terms and conditions)
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
COVID19: Orders outside of Scandinavia may have considerably longer shipping times. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your orders to arrive if you are located outside of Scandinavia.
We ship all our orders with PostNord. Orders over 499 SEK within Sweden are free of charge. Orders under 500SEK within Sweden have a shipping fee of 65SEK. Shipping time within Sweden: 3-5 working days.
Free shipping on orders over 70 EUR WORLDWIDE - 18 EUR for orders under 70 EUR. We ship all our orders with PostNord.
The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping company (PostNord) we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound/gram.
Know to Glow reserves the right to change pricing without notice to keep in line with currency fluctuation.
We are not liable for any damage caused to the goods during shipping. However we are happy to contact the shipping company for the customer if there is an issue. The manufacturer will be liable for any defect in manufacture to the purchaser, but not any allergic reaction of a non-defective product.
We are not responsible for any reaction to any product or sample. We do not give refunds for allergic reactions. If you are not sure how you will react to a certain product, please contact us for more information and guidance.
Cancelling an order
Please contact us as soon as possible.
You may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (Our error means that you received a faulty item or the wrong item).
Please note that SALE ITEMS are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
Within 7 days of our receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund credit to post to your account.
Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.
If your order qualified for free shipping, and you are returning a product for a reason other than it being defective or different from what you actually ordered, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs that were waived by the free shipping policy.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
