Retinal (Retinaldehyde)

Allantoin

A soothing ingredient that helps support skin comfort. It is useful in a leave-on retinal formula where tolerance matters.

Panthenol

Biosaccharide Gum-1

Apply a pea-sized amount to clean, dry skin in the evening.

Start 2–3 times per week and gradually increase frequency as your skin builds tolerance. If well tolerated, it can be used every evening.

Follow with a moisturiser to support the skin barrier.

For beginners or sensitive skin, use the “sandwich method” by applying moisturiser before and after retinal to reduce the risk of irritation.

Avoid combining with other strong actives in the same routine during the adjustment phase.

Daily sunscreen use is essential, as retinal increases skin sensitivity to UV exposure.

How often should I use A-Game 10?

Start 2–3 evenings per week for two weeks. If your skin tolerates it well, move to every other evening, then eventually nightly if suitable.

Can I use A-Game 10 with exfoliating acids, vitamin C or other actives?

Avoid using A-Game 10 in the same routine as exfoliating acids, other retinoids or potentially irritating actives. Use A-Game 10 at night, and keep stronger actives like vitamin C or exfoliating acids for your morning routine or alternate days. This helps reduce the risk of dryness, redness and irritation.

Is A-Game 10 suitable for sensitive skin?

A-Game 10 contains soothing support from allantoin, panthenol and biosaccharide gum-1, but it is still a high-strength 0.1% retinal treatment. If your skin is sensitive, start slowly and use the sandwich method: apply moisturiser, then A-Game 10, then moisturiser again. Do not use on irritated or barrier-damaged skin.

Can I use A-Game 10 while pregnant or breastfeeding?

No. A-Game 10 is a leave-on retinal product, and retinal belongs to the retinoid family. Retinoids are generally avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding as a precaution, so this product is not recommended during this time.
