Brightening Blemish Care Serum is a leave-on serum for skin that looks dull, uneven, blemish-prone or dehydrated.

Tone and glow support

Niacinamide, ascorbic acid and Broussonetia Kazinoki Root Extract support a brighter-looking skin appearance. Skin looks fresher and more even.

Hydration support

Glycerin, betaine and multiple hyaluronic acid forms help bind water to the skin. Skin feels softer, smoother and more hydrated.

Comfort conditioning

Panthenol, allantoin and pearl extract support skin conditioning. Skin feels more comfortable and cared for.

Niacinamide

A vitamin B3 ingredient used for tone support, barrier feel and overall skin conditioning. In this serum, it supports a brighter-looking, more even-looking and comfortable skin appearance.

Hyaluronic Acid Complex

A blend of several hyaluronic acid forms that help bind water to the skin. This supports a softer, smoother and more hydrated skin feel, which can make dull or uneven-looking skin appear fresher.

Panthenol

A vitamin B5 derivative that supports hydration and comfort. It helps skin feel softer, calmer and more comfortable, especially when skin feels stressed or blemish-prone.

Broussonetia Kazinoki Root Extract

A botanical ingredient used in brightening-focused skincare for tone-supporting care. In this serum, it supports the formula’s more even-looking, brighter-looking skin focus without being treated as a pigmentation treatment.

Apply after toner and before moisturiser, morning and/or evening. Use before sunscreen in the morning.

Daily sunscreen is especially important when using brightening-focused products and when uneven tone is a concern.

How does niacinamide help uneven-looking skin?

Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 that supports uneven-looking skin in several ways. It helps support a more balanced-looking skin tone by influencing how visible unevenness appears on the skin surface over time. It also supports barrier feel, which matters because stressed or dehydrated skin can look duller, less smooth and less even. For blemish-prone-looking skin, niacinamide can help the skin appear calmer, more balanced and less marked by post-blemish unevenness. It does not exfoliate or peel the skin, so it can support a brighter-looking complexion without acting like an acid treatment.

Is this serum good for blemish-prone skin?

Yes, it can be relevant for blemish-prone-looking skin, especially when the skin also looks dull, uneven or dehydrated. It should not be described as an acne treatment or a product that clears breakouts.

Is Brightening Blemish Care Serum exfoliating?

Gluconolactone, a PHA, is present in the formula, but this serum should not be treated like a strong exfoliating acid serum. Its main role is brightening-looking, hydration and gentle smoothing support.

Can I use it with retinoids, AHA or BHA?

Yes, but do not stack too many active steps at once. Brightening Blemish Care Serum already contains niacinamide, gluconolactone and ascorbic acid, so if you also use retinoids, AHA or BHA, introduce the combination gradually.

If you use a retinoid, apply the retinoid at night and use this serum in the morning, followed by moisturiser and sunscreen. If your skin is already used to retinoids, you can also use this serum on non-retinoid nights.

If you use AHA or BHA, avoid applying them in the same routine at first. Use AHA or BHA on alternate nights, and use this serum on mornings or on non-exfoliation nights. Reduce frequency if your skin feels dry, tight, stinging or irritated.

When will I see results?

Skin may feel more hydrated, softer and smoother after application. Brighter-looking and more even-looking skin usually depends on consistent use over time, especially when paired with daily sunscreen.

Can I use Brightening Blemish Care Serum while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Pregnancy and breastfeeding safety are not clearly supported for this product. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or unsure, check with your healthcare provider before use.
