What does Destructor do?
Destructor is a 24% rinse-off acid peel designed to exfoliate surface buildup and support smoother, brighter-looking skin. The formula is built around mandelic acid, an AHA that helps loosen dead skin cells on the surface of the skin. This can improve the look of rough texture, dullness, congestion and uneven-looking tone.
It also contains tone-supporting ingredients such as tranexamic acid, kojic acid, potassium azeloyl diglycinate and 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid. Together, they help support a more even-looking complexion without framing the product as a pigmentation treatment.
Who is Destructor suitable for?
Destructor is best suited to normal, combination and oily skin that is already familiar with exfoliating acids. It may be useful for rough texture, blackheads, congestion, dullness and uneven-looking tone.
Sensitive skin should use a shorter contact time and lower frequency. This is a high-strength acid peel, not a daily exfoliating serum.
Can I use Destructor on my body?
Yes. Destructor can be used on targeted body areas such as the back, shoulders, chest, buttocks and feet where rough texture, congestion, blackheads or ingrown-hair-prone bumps may appear.
Because body skin can still become irritated, start with a short contact time, rinse thoroughly and follow with a nourishing body cream. Avoid broken, freshly shaved or irritated skin.
Can Destructor help with keratosis pilaris?
Destructor may be helpful for skin affected by keratosis pilaris. Keratosis pilaris is associated with a buildup of keratin and dead skin cells around hair follicles, which can create rough, bumpy patches on areas such as the upper arms, thighs and buttocks.
The formula contains mandelic acid, an exfoliating acid that helps remove surface buildup and improve skin texture. With consistent use, this may help skin feel smoother and reduce the appearance of rough, uneven patches associated with keratosis pilaris.
For best results, follow with a moisturising body product and use the peel consistently as part of a long-term body-care routine.
How often should I use Destructor?
Normal or resistant skin can use it every 7–10 days. Sensitive skin should use it every 10–14 days with a shorter contact time of around 5 minutes.
Do not use it daily. Overusing strong acid peels can leave skin feeling dry, tight, irritated or over-exfoliated.
Can I use Destructor with retinoids or other exfoliating acids?
Use Destructor separately from retinoids, exfoliating acids and other strong active treatments. For example, use Destructor on one evening, then keep the following routine focused on hydration and comfort.
Avoid combining it with retinoids, AHA, BHA, PHA or strong vitamin C products in the same routine. This helps reduce the risk of irritation and over-exfoliation.
When will I notice results?
Skin may feel smoother and look fresher after one use because the peel helps remove surface buildup. Some peeling or flaking may appear around day 2 or 3, but peeling is not required for the product to work.
Improvements in uneven-looking tone, congestion and rough texture usually require consistent, careful use over time, paired with daily SPF50.
Can I use Destructor during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
