A moisturising and soothing ingredient that supports a smoother skin feel. It helps make the formula feel more comfortable on the skin.

Apply a pea-sized amount to clean, dry skin in the evening.

Start 2–3 times per week and gradually increase frequency as your skin builds tolerance. If well tolerated, it can be used every evening.

Follow with a moisturiser to support the skin barrier.

For beginners or sensitive skin, use the “sandwich method” by applying moisturiser before and after retinal to reduce the risk of irritation.

Avoid combining with other strong actives in the same routine during the adjustment phase.

Daily sunscreen use is essential, as retinal increases skin sensitivity to UV exposure.

Avoid using A-Game 20 in the same routine as exfoliating acids, other retinoids or potentially irritating actives. Use A-Game 20 at night, and keep stronger actives like vitamin C or exfoliating acids for your morning routine or alternate days.

Is A-Game 20 suitable for sensitive skin?

Can I use A-Game 20 while pregnant or breastfeeding?
